We buy land from all over the United States. If you have any land in any city or county in the US and you want to sell, we have an offer for you.
How much are you offering for my property?
It depends on the individual property location and size. We have purchased several properties in your area and are very familiar with the property values. We will determine what to offer for your land once we have reviewed the information with the county.
Will I be receiving a phone call?
We will probably do more research with the county, and if we have any questions, we will call you. If, eventually, everything looks good, we will send you an offer via email or mail.
I am not in the US currently. How do I get my offer?
We happily send it out by email, so you have something in front of you. Once you get it, if you have any questions, give us a call. And if everything looks good, simply sign and return it.
Once he gets it, it goes over to the title company. From here, it generally takes 2-3 weeks. Once that is finished, you will get a check in the mail!
Is this a real estate office?
No, Freedom Land Solutions is not a real estate office. We are just an small company who purchases vacant land for long term investment purposes.
Is this legitimate?
Yes, I can assure you it is. We have purchased several properties in many different Counties and are looking to purchase additional property here. Once you get the offer, if everything looks good, sign and return, and you are good to go!
Have you gone out to look at my property?
We may have. We originally found your property in the county records. We do a lot of research at the county, online, and using aerial imaging to have a good understanding of your property and the surrounding area.
I received the offer. What do I do next?
If you have any questions, please reach out to us. If the offer looks good, sign and return the agreement. Once we get it with your signature, it goes right over to our title agent. Once the title search is finished, you get a check!
How long does it take?
Once he gets the signed Purchase/Sale Agreement, if the title search goes nice and smooth (as it always does), it generally takes 2-3 weeks, and you have a check in hand!
What if I don’t like the offer? Am I under any obligation to carry on with the deal?
You are not under any obligation at all. If you don’t like the offer you are given, simply toss it! However, our offers are always fair.
I haven’t received the offer
Roman is just finishing up some research with the county. You should be receiving that offer very soon. Once you get it, feel free to call if you have any questions,. Otherwise, to accept, simply sign and return it via mail, email, or fax. From there, it goes to the title company, and you will receive a check in just a few weeks!
What kind of offer will I be getting?
We do a lot of research to discover fair value on the property. When creating an offer, we look at the area, comparative sales, time on the market, location, size, and property features. Many sellers are glad to receive his offer and happily accept. He also includes extras such as paying for all closing costs, title work, and doc fees. We close fast, getting you a check in hand within a couple of weeks.
